RETURN & EXCHANGE IS ALWAYS FREE. We hope you'll fall in love the second time around, whether that means finding the right size, width, color, or style,
  • Returns are $10 if you elect to use our prepaid return label that you will find included in the shipping box . If you choose to return for a refund, we'll give you a  prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item,   
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, and in the original packaging.).
  • Returns should always be mailed back to COMFORTWIZ not the manufacturer
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order
  • Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card
  • It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the COMFORTWIZ warehouse . Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days . Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  • COMFORTWIZ is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • If merchandise returned does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.

  • Unworn merchandise can be returned or exchanged at comfortwiz store, regardless of whether the original purchase was made in store or online, subject to the following conditions:
  • Items must not have been worn.
  • You must bring your receipt, original packaging and the original payment form if the item was purchased by credit card.
  • Items returned without presenting an original invoice or receipt will be  refunded through a Comfortwiz merchandise credit equivalent to the current sale price of the products in question.
  •  If the exchange order is returned, we will issue the refund back to your Card for the full amount
